Players I see under recruitment already have 2 traits, more than 40 stat points, and have at least 20-25 skill with different characters. I feel like a great opportunity was missed here in allowing you to keep with your starter team, and train them up.įor example, in the second season, my starting lineup guys have about 12 total "skill" with characters, and around 30-40 stat points. but the players I start with originally have poor stats, no traits, and simply cannot compete with a constant stream of recruitment options.Īs far as I can tell, there is every reason to ditch your original lineup immediately, and if you are playing with at least some semblance on min/max (which these games always require), you shouldn't even have anyone from your original lineup in the mix.
